Agreement

By using https://www.aertrixlabs.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Aertrixlabs, RMZ Ecoworld, Bellandur, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560103, India.

What we provide

Aertrixlabs publishes technical articles and provides training on automotive software topics, delivered as self-paced online courses and as live training for teams. Course content, curricula and pricing may change.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• You must give accurate registration details
• One account is for one person; accounts may not be shared
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will normally explain why before doing so.

Payment

• Prices are shown before purchase and are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise
• Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required
• Payment is processed by a third-party gateway; we do not store card details
• Access is granted once payment is confirmed

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Course materials, articles, diagrams and code examples on this site belong to Aertrixlabs unless stated otherwise. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own learning.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell or publish course materials
• Share your account or recordings with people who have not purchased access
• Use the materials to deliver competing training

You may use code examples in your own work, including commercially, without attribution.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or other users' accounts
• Scrape or bulk-download content by automated means
• Interfere with the operation of the site
• Upload anything unlawful or malicious

Accuracy and technical content

We take care that technical material is correct, and correct errors when we find them. But automotive systems are safety-critical: material here is educational and is not a substitute for the relevant standards, your organisation's engineering process, or qualified review. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a safety-related decision.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and events beyond our control may cause downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aertrixlabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or its materials. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
